Aberdeen Roncalli moved into the top in Class A in this week’s Prep Media basketball polls.

The Cavaliers improved to 5-1 on the season with their win over Herreid-Selby Area Monday night.

Aberdeen Central moved up one spot to fourth in Class AA. The Golden Eagles are 4-0 on the season.

Hamlin is rated third in Class A with Mobridge-Pollock in seventh. Ipswich is receiving votes in Class B.

Top-rated teams are Brandon Valley in Class AA, Mahpiya Luta in Class A, and Bennett County in Class B.

There will not be a poll next week.
