Need help logging in?

Most commonly, users have trouble logging because they have forgotten or mistyped their email or their password.

  1. Double-check and re-enter your email address, which is also your username.
  2. Double-check and re-enter your password.
    (NOTE: For security reasons, too many failed logins will will temporarily lock you out of the site. If you can’t remember your password after 5 login attempts, proceed to step 3.)
  3. Click ‘Lost Password?’ and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  4. Check your email (including your spam folder) for the password reset link.
  5. Click the password reset link in the email and enter a new password.
    (NOTE: the password reset link will expire after a period of time.)
  6. Log in with your newly created password.

If you are still unable to access your account, send an email explaining the problem to support@sdsportscene.com.

I have a free registration. How do I upgrade to a paid subscription?

  1. Make sure you are logged into the website using your free subscription. Do not create a new account.
  2. Go to the Subscribe page and click ‘Subscribe Now’
  3. Make sure your account details are correct and click ‘Next’
  4. Enter your payment details

How do I renew my subscription?

If you purchased a subscription after February 8, 2022, your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled. You don’t need to do anything. If you purchased a subscription before February 8, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged into the website
  2. Go to the Subscribe page and click ‘Subscribe Now’
  3. Make sure your account details are correct and click ‘Next’
  4. Enter your payment details

How do I log in to the app?

Log into the app using the same email and password that you used to set up your account at sdsportscene.com. If you haven’t created an account yet, visit this page to get one started. 

If you purchased your subscription through the app, click the menu in the top left corner of the app and click LOGIN. Tap Restore In-App Purchases.

How do I log out of the app?

Click the menu in the top left corner of the app and click LOG OUT.

What if I don’t have a LOGIN button in the menu?

Delete, reinstall the app, and log in.

Why am I blocked from reading articles?

You are either logged out or didn’t subscribe. 

Why am I asked to subscribe again?

Your subscription expired, or you got logged out.

How do I know if I am logged in?

You have access to the content.

How do I know if my subscription is still active?

If you purchased your subscription on the website, click My Profile at the top of the homepage and log in.

If you purchased your subscription through the app, you can manage your subscriptions in your Apple or Google Play app store account.

How do I change the font size?

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner, and adjust to the preferred size.
