WAUBAY – Laura Sumption pounded out nine kills as Leola-Frederick avenged a regular-season loss by defeating Waubay-Summit 25-18, 25-15, 25-18 in the opening round of the Region 1B volleyball tournament on Monday night.
Alyx Hoffman added five kills for the Titans, who were swept by Waubay-Summer early in the season. Leola-Frederick will play at Warner this evening.
