One night after falling in a shootout to North Iowa, the Aberdeen Wings gained a measure of revenge with a 4-3 shootout win over the Bulls on Saturday night during NAHL hockey at the Odde Ice Center.

Caden Lee provided the only goal in the shootout, while Wings goalie Adam Dybal blanked the Bulls during the shootout to ice the victory.

After falling behind, the Wings scored three straight goals in the second period to surge ahead.

Jibber Kuhl scored on assists from Price Grimes and Easton Edwards. Lee put the Wings ahead with a goal on assists from Ryder Millar and Jonathon Doucette, before Charlie Burchfield found the back of the net on assists from Briggs Orr and Anthony Ciaramitaro.

However, the Bulls scored two goals in the final five minutes of the period. A scoreless third period and overtime then set the stage for the shootout.

Dybal racked up 26 saves as Aberdeen outshot North Iowa 40-29.

The game marked the third time this season that the two squads have gone to a shootout.

Aberdeen hosts Minnesota for games on Friday and Saturday, with puck drop set for 7:15 each night at the Odde Ice Center.
