LANGFORD – Northwestern made 8-of-10 free throws in the final quarter to help seal a 45-36 win over Langford Area in Lake Region Conference girls’ basketball Friday night.

Tara Blachford, who finished with 10 points, made four straight foul shots in the fourth period.

Ashley Haven led the Wildcats with 15 points, and Breelyn Satter contributed nine.

Langford Area received 17 points from Paytyn Marlow, and 10 from Lizzie Gustafson.
