Miller’s Jolie Palmer garnered a first team Class A all-state honor for the third straight year announced by the South Dakota Volleyball Coaches Association.

A trio of Northeast Conference players also earn all-state recognition. Clark-Willow Lake’s Shelby Begeman, and Hamlin’s Addison Neuendorf are both on the second team, while Groton’s Jerica Locke earned Honorable Mention selection

Here is a look at each of the area players on the honor unit.

“Jolie’s impact and legacy is going to be monumental for the Rustlers in the future,” said Miller coach Linda DeBoer. “For four years she has been a constant in the back court for us, and it will be hard to replace her level of skill efficiency. Her consistency in serve receive, and tenacious pursuit of the ball on defense are keys to her success in her role.”

SECOND TEAM
