Fourth inning fuels Northville win over Faulkton

NORTHVILLE – The Northville Merchants exploded for seven runs in the fourth inning to help power an 8-2 win over the Faulkton Hitmen in Amateur baseball on Sunday.

Ashton Remily delivered the big blow with a three-run bases-loaded double. Carson Simes also drove in a run with a single in the pivotal frame.

Faulkton had taken a two-run lead in the top of the first inning with runs coming across on a ground out and an error.
