Griffen Goodbary of Sioux Falls Christian was selected Mr. Basketball and Taaliyah Porter of Rapid City Stevens was chosen Miss Basketball during an awards banquet on Sunday in Sioux Falls.

Other finalists for Mr. Basketball included Benson Kieffer of Rapid City Christian, Bryon Laue of Castlewood, Easton Neuendorf of Hamlin, Gilbert White Jr. of Rapid City Central, Landon Dulaney of Brandon Valley, Luke Bruns of Dakota Valley, Markus Talley of Mitchell, Maverick LeBrun of Dell Rapids St. Mary, Nicholas Hanson of Viborg-Hurley, and Trevon Beckman of Dell Rapids St. Mary.

Other finalists for Miss Basketball included Althea Gust of Centerville, Emma Marshall of Centerville, Grace Peterson of Sioux Falls Washington, Jenna VandeWeerd of Canton, Jodene Big Crow-Hunter of Mahpiya Luta, Krista Langager of Sisseton, Lennix DuPris of Pierre, Madala Hanson of Dell Rapids St. Mary, Mya Kochuten of Spearfish, and Reagan Rus of Mount Vernon-Plankinton.
