Pairings are now set for Class A and Class B opening round matches for next week’s State Volleyball Tournament at the Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls.

The event runs Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 21-23.

Class AA pairings will be determined during SoDak 16 matches this Thursday.

Here are the opening round pairings:

State A Tournament

8 Sioux Falls Christian (25-12) vs. 1 Miller (28-1), 11 a.m.

5 Mount Vernon-Plankinton (27-5) vs. 4 Dakota Valley (29-5), 12:45 p.m.

7 Sioux Valley (24-6) vs. 2 Hamlin (24-1), 5 p.m.

6 Winner (26-6) vs. 3 Dell Rapids (29-3), 6:45 p.m.

State B Tournament

8 Castlewood (19-10) vs. 1 Chester Area (29-2), 11 a.m.

5 Burke (33-3) vs. 4 Kadoka Area (31-3), 12:45 p.m.

7 Colman-Egan (24-5) vs. 2 Warner (31-4), 5 p.m.
