Groton, which had a big road in over Lennox last Saturday, moved up two spots in Class A in this week’s Prep Media basketball polls.

The Tigers, 6-3 on the season, moved from ninth to seventh this week. Undefeated Clark-Willow Lake remained third. Hamlin fell two spots and is now rated eighth this week.

In Class B, Sully Buttes remained fourth while Aberdeen Christian remained fifth.

There was a change at the top of the Class A poll this week after West Central defeated Sioux Falls Christian last week. West Central took over the top spot while SFC fell to second.

Sioux Falls Lincoln is the top-rated squad in Class AA, while Viborg-Hurley continues to hold down the top spot in Class B.
