IPSWICH – Ipswich used a 22-7 third-quarter surge to erase a halftime deficit and pick up a 49-34 non-conference girls’ basketball win over Ellendale, N.D. on Monday.

Anna Nierman scored 12 points to lead a balanced attack for the Tigers, now 5-0 on the season. Brianna Geditz followed with 11, and Marley Guthmiller and LaVayah Russell each finished with nine. Guthmiller also hauled down 10 rebounds.
