Redfield Dairy Queen walks past Faulkton

FAULKTON – Redfield Dairy Queen pieced together 15 hits to go along with 15 walks on the way to a 24-2 win over the Faulkton Hitmen during Amateur baseball action Tuesday night.

Redfield scored six runs in the third inning, and eight runs in each of the sixth and seventh frames.

Keith Gall and Nathan Hainy each had four hits to pace Redfield. Gall had an RBI double in the third, a pair of RBI singles in the sixth, and another RBI hit in the seventh. Hainy drove in a run in the third, and then ended the game with one out in the seventh on a two-run single.

Nolan Gall, Keith Gall, and Hainy each knocked in four runs, while Bennett Osborn plated three, a pair coming in on a double in the sixth.

Peyton Osborn struck out six batters for DQ, while Noah Hainy fanned four.
