GROTON – Aberdeen Circus Sports Bar scored in every inning except one on the way to a 15-1 six-inning win over Groton Locke Electric in Amateur baseball Saturday afternoon.

Circus built an early lead and then ended the scoring surge with an eight-run sixth frame.

Josh Steinwandt and Colton Cox both drove in a pair of runs in the sixth inning. Casey Vining, Kelly Coates, Rhett Florey, and Michael Babcock each plated one run.

Cox finished with a game-high four hits. Babcock, Vining, Florey and Kris Kwak each contributed a pair of hits. Steinwandt knocked in three runs, while Babcock, Coates, and Cox each added a pair of RBI.

Circus will now have three straight home games, hosting Faulkton tonight at Fossum Field, and then the Northville Merchants on Monday, and Redfield Dairy Queen on Tuesday.
