Aberdeen Central athletes continue to move up the Class AA track and field leaderboard.

The Golden Eagles now claim 10 spots among the open events, including three state-leading standards.

Kyson Fayant sets the pace in the 300-meter intermediate hurdles with a time of :39.37. Mya Arampatzis continues to lead the 100-meter hurdles with a clocking of :14.44. Thrower Taryn Hermansen continues to lead the shot put with a mark of 46-feet, 8-inches.

Joran Foss is currently third in the shot put and fifth in the discus, while Carson Urlacher is eighth in the 3,200-meter run.

Laura Rife has the fifth-best times in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes. Jaidyn Forsyth is third in the pole vault, and Espynn Kuhfeld makes her leader debut with the fifth-best time in the 300-meter intermediate hurdles, followed by Arampatzis in seventh.

A trio of Central relays can be found in the leaders. The Central girls are fourth in the 400-meter and eighth in the 800-meter, while the Central boys are seventh in the 1,600-meter.
