Redfield sweeps Castlewood in Legion twinbill

CASTLEWOOD – Redfield scored multiple runs in six different innings on the way to a doubleheader sweep over Castlewood in American Legion baseball on Monday.

Redfield took advantage of eight errors in a 7-2 win in the first game. A five-run second inning fueled the victory. All of Redfield’s runs were unearned.

Redfield score in all five innings in a 13-7 second game victory. Jacksan Rude had three hits and drove in a pair. Grady Hulscher finished with two hits, knocked in two runs, and struck out six batters in four innings.

Brinlee Proctor had two hits and drove in both of Castlewood’s runs.
