Redfield DQ blanks Groton in Amateur win

REDFIELD – Cooper Hainy had two hits and knocked in four runs to help power Redfield Dairy Queen to a 10-0 Amateur baseball win over Groton Locke Electric on Sunday.

Hainy, who drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in the first inning, had a two-run double in the third inning, and an RBI single in the sixth.

Camden Osborn, Bennett Osborn, and Brent Osborn also had two hits apiece for DQ.

Nolan Gall struck out eight batters in six innings on the mound for Redfield and allowed just three hits.
