Fischbach, Kroll power W-I-N past Miller

MILLER – Logan Fischbach struck out a dozen batters and Lincoln Kroll had a pair of doubles and knocked in four runs as Warner-Ipswich-Northwestern defeated Miller 9-3 in high school baseball on Sunday.

W-I-N had three three-run innings in the victory.

Kroll, Will Clemens, and Quinn Huettl each had RBI doubles in the third, Alec Mikkelsen and Mac Heinz drove in runs with singles, while Kroll plated a run on a ground out in the fourth, and Kroll delivered a two-run double and Cash Bahr drove in a run with a single in the fifth.

Mikkelsen and Huettl both finished with two hits.

Chase Hurd had three hits for the Outlaws.
