Redfield wins Webster Tournament

WEBSTER – Redfield improved to 12-1 on the season topping LaMoure, N.D., 7-2 in the championship game of the Webster Tournament in American Legion baseball action Sunday afternoon.

Redfield jumped in front with three runs in the third inning, two of them coming on a double from Easton Millar.

Redfield tacked on two more in the fourth on Owen Osborn’s triple, and then scored two more in the fifth when Nolan Gall delivered a two-run single.

Osborn, Rohlfs, Millar and Gall each had two hits in the victory. Osborn, Millar and Gall also drove in two runs apiece.

Rohlfs went the distance on the mound, scattering five hits, striking out three and not walking a batter.
