CLARK – Tyler O’Neill of Clark-Willow Lake and Madison Zirbel of Dakota Hills won individual races during the Cyclone Invitational Cross Country Meet on Thursday.

Clark-Willow Lake won the boys’ team title, while Madison won the girls.

Aberdeen Christian’s Rachel Beaner was third and Grace Steger fifth in the girls’ race. The Knights ran without Katie Steger.

“They ran good races,” said Christian coach Noah Aderhold.

Walker Larson finished seventh in the boys’ race for the Knights.

“Walker ran strong on the boys’ side,” Aderhold said.

Clark-Willow Lake finished with four of the top six places in the boys’ race.

“It was a fast course,” Aderhold said, “so that was nice.”

The Knights run again on Monday in Miller.
