WATERTOWN – Aberdeen Roncalli finished fourth in team points, while three local golfers all finished in the top 10 during the Watertown Invitational golf tournament on Tuesday.
Yankton won the team title with a 296. Roncalli was fourth with a 310, and Aberdeen Central finished 11th with a 323.
Landon Baker of Tea Area was the medalist with a 70, the same round as runner-up Asher Dannenbring of Mitchell.
Roncalli’s Harper Schnabel was seventh, with teammate Finn Anderson eighth, and Central’s Cole Brust 10. Each of the golfers shot rounds of 75.
The Aberdeen teams are wrapping up the regular season. Roncalli travels to Sisseton on Thursday for its final tourney, before competing in the Region 3A tournament in Mitchell on Monday. Central wraps up its regular season by playing in the Eastern South Dakota Conference Tournament in Brookings on Monday.
