Vermillion edges Groton in boys’ soccer

GROTON – Ethan Kroll scored three goals, but it wasn’t enough as Groton fell to Vermillion 4-3 in boys’ soccer action on Saturday.

Logan Olson, Connor Kroll, and Ryder Schwan each had an assist for Groton. TC Schuster ended up with six saves in goal for the Tigers.

Groton will host Freeman-Marion-Parker-Viborg-Hurley next Saturday.
