HERREID – Herreid-Selby Area received at least three points from four different players in the fourth quarter to knock off fifth-rated Linton-Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock 42-39 in non-conference girls’ basketball on Friday.

Jada Rossow led a balanced attack for the Wolverines with 13 points, and Kendell Sawinsky followed with 12.

Teegan Scherr led all players with 18 points for Linton-HMB, which lost for just the second time in 10 outings.

LINTON-HMB (8-2): Teegan Scherr 6 4-4 18, Erin Kelsch 2 0-0 5, JayCee Richter 4 1-2 10, Allie Dockter 0 1-2 1, Emma Weiser 1 0-0 3, Kaylee Weninger 1 0-0 2. Totals 14 6-8 39.
