Aberdeen Central and Groton are among the top five teams in the state in their respective classes in the latest South Dakota Soccer Coaches Association polls.

The undefeated Aberdeen Central girls are rated third in Class AA. The Golden Eagles host top-rated Harrisburg this evening.

The Central boys are tied for fifth in AA. Both of the Groton squads are in the fifth position in Class A. The boys are tied for fifth.

Other top-rated teams are Sioux Falls Jefferson AA boys, James Valley Christian in A boys, and Sioux Falls Christian in A girls.

Groton faces James Valley Christian in boys’ action today.
