Central finishes fourth at Pierre Invitational

PIERRE – Aberdeen Central finished fourth in a 14-team field at the Pierre Invitational Golf Tournament on Tuesday.

The Golden Eagles finished with a team total of 312. Brandon Valley won the title with a 296.

Cooper Schuman of Brandon Valley was the medalist with a 68, one stroke better than Mitchell’s Asher Dannenbring.

Central a pair of golfers finish in the top 11. Maddox Dinger was 10th and Cole Brust was 11th as both golfers finished with identical rounds of 76.

The Golden Eagles will host their annual Hub City Invitational on Tuesday at Lee Park Golf Course.
