SIOUX FALLS – Area athletes won numerous events during the O’Gorman Invitational track and field meet on Friday.
Clark-Willow Lake’s Cadence Bochek won the Class A 200-meter and 400-meter dashes and also ran on a winning 800-meter relay squad. Her clocking of :59.75 is fifth best in Class A this season. Teammate Zoe Nichols won the 100-meter hurdles.
In the boys’ division, Tate Hogie of Ipswich won the open discus, while Hamlin topped the field in the Class A 800-meter relay.
Warner’s McKenna Leidholt finished second in the Class AA 400-meter dash.
