Braun in fourth at Phoenix Junior Open

MESA, Ariz. – Aberdeen’s Olivia Braun is in fourth place in the girls’ 14-18 division after two rounds of the Phoenix Junior Open at Toka Sticks Golf Club in Mesa.

The senior at Aberdeen Central shot an opening round 72 on Saturday and was in second place after the first day of the three-day event. Braun had an 82 on Sunday and is currently in fourth, just one stroke out of third, and nine strokes behind the leader, Regan Dusenbery of Wichita, Kan.

The tournament concludes today.
