PIERRE – Aberdeen’s Mackenzie Wegehaupt and Sisseton’s Kenzley Heath won championships during the South Dakota Golf Association Junior Tour Cup on Monday at Hillsview Golf Course.
Wegehaupt captured the Girls’ 14-15 title with a round of 84. Heath took home the crown in the Girls’ 12-13 division with a 78. Aberdeen’s Genevieve Golz was runner-up with an 84.
Other top finishers included Webster’s Seth Lesnar who was second in the Boys’ 14-15 division with a 74, Sage Gaikowski of Waubay was third in the Girls’ 14-15 division with a 97, Aberdeen’s Kalen Larson who was third in the Boys’ 16-18 division with an 81, and Logan Borns of Clark who was third in the Boys’ 12-13 division with a 79.
