HARTFORD – The Groton boys ended up in a 2-2 draw with West Central on Saturday, while the Groton girls were blanked by the Trojans 2-0.
Ryder Schwan had both of the goals for Groton in the boys’ contest, with Ethan Kroll and Connor Kroll each getting one assist. TC Schuster had six saves in goal.
Tori Schuster also had six saves for the Groton girls.
The Groton boys will host unbeaten James Valley Christian on Tuesday. Both Groton squads will be in action on Saturday, hosting Vermillion on Senior Day.
