Athletes win multiple open events at Miller Invitational

MILLER – A trio of track and field athletes won two open events during the Miller Invitational on Tuesday.

Dannika Kaup of Hoven won the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles, and also finished third in the long jump. Miller’s Paige Werdel won the long jump and the javelin, and also ran on a second place 800-meter relay team. Spencer Melius of Faulkton won the 300-meter hurdles and the javelin, and finished second in the 110-meter hurdles.
