ARLINGTON – Area athletes had one final attempt to improve on times and distances ahead of next week’s State Track and Field Meet by competing at the Arlington Last Chance meet on Friday.
Among those who won open events were Sisseton’s Ryder Graff in the 800-meter run, Wolsey-Wessington’s Kendal Uttecht in the 1,600 run, Highmore-Harrold’s Autumn Fallis in the 3,200-meter run, Castlewood’s Bryn Schooley in the shot put and Sophia Kudrna in the high jump, and Wilmot’s Jada Cameron in the long jump.
