De SMET – The Clark-Willow Lake girls and the Deuel boys both placed four runners among the top nine finishers to capture team titles at the De Smet Invitational Cross Country Meet on Thursday.
Clark-Willow Lake finished with 12 team points in the girls’ division. Deuel’s Shyla Tvedt won the individual race.
Deuel, which had runners that finished second and third, had 10 team points in the boys’ division. Kaden Ober of James Valley Christian won the boys’ race.
