Fieber has role in four wins at Estelline meet

ESTELLINE – Deuel’s Oliver Fieber won a pair of individual events and ran on two winning relays during the Estelline Alumni meet on Tuesday.

Fieber won the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash, and was part of winning teams in the 400-meter and 800-meter relays. Teammate Robert Begalka won the shot put and discus for the Cardinals.

Other Deuel winners on the day included Owen Haas in the boys’ javelin, Josie Andersen in the girls’ javelin, Makia Moe in the girls’ pole vault, and the girls’ 400-meter relay.

Castlewood’s Lane Tvedt won the boys’ triple jump, while Hitchcock-Tulare’s Emma Schneider won the girls’ triple jump.
