Huss reaches semifinals at national tournament

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Northern State’s Cole Huss won a pair of matches to reach the semifinals at 197 pounds and earn All-America status during the NCAA Division II National Wrestling Tournament on Friday.

Huss won a pair of tight matches, defeating the seventh-seed in sudden victory, and taking down the second-seed in overtime.

Wyatt Turnquist went 1-2 at 147 pounds, while Treyton Cacek went 2-2 at 184 pounds.
