FAULKTON – The Ipswich defense picked off four passes, returning one for a touchown, to help fuel a 20-6 Lake Region Conference football victory over Faulkton Friday night.

Carson Gohl rushed for 106 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead Ipswich, which improved to 5-1 on the season. Matthew Jaenisch and Ty Kadlec both had two interceptions, Kadlec returning one of them for a TD.

Bennett Cassens caught a touchdown pass from Parker Geditz for the lone Faulkton score.
