Sully Buttes inched up one position in Class B in this week’s Prep Media boys’ basketball polls.
The Chargers, 14-5 on the season, moved from 10th to ninth in the poll. Castlewood maintained its position on top of the B poll, despite a loss to Class A Sioux Valley.
Aberdeen Christian remained sixth, while Leola-Frederick continues to receive votes.
There are four teams in the B poll receiving at least one first-place vote. Castlewood and third-rated Freeman each received eight first-place votes.
Clark-Willow Lake, Hamlin, and Groton all stayed in their same positions in Class A, rated third, fourth, and seventh respectively.
Other top-rated teams are Sioux Falls Lincoln in Class AA, and West Central in Class A.
This is the final week for regular season basketball for boys’ teams.
