Groton girls win fourth straight with decision over Garretson

GROTON – Groton received goals from four different players on the way to a 4-1 girls’ soccer win over Garretson on Thursday night.

The second-rated Tigers have now won four straight games by a combined margin of 18-1.

Jerica Locke, Mia Crank, Sydney Locke, and McKenna Tietz each found the back of the net for Groton. Jaedyn Penning collected six saves in goal.

Groton, 4-1 on the season, will hit the road to take on Class AA Mitchell on Monday.
