The South Dakota Wrestling Coaches Association has announced its year end award winners.

A trio of unbeaten state champions were selected for Wrester of the Year honors. That group includes Reese Jacobs (52-0) of Sturgis in Class A, Owen Hansen of Burke-Gregory (46-0) in Class B, and Taylor Graveman (48-0) of Spearfish.

Region Coach of the Year recipients include:

Class B: Region 1, Shayne Geditz of Faulkton and Jerry Salanoa of Deuel; Region 2, Tyler Nolz of Elk Point-Jefferson; Region 3, Ryan Resel of Miller-Highmore-Harrold; 4, Jared Webster of Custer.

Class A: Region 1, Mike Ideker and Cole Grocott of West Central; Region 2, Mark Ernster of Sioux Falls Lincoln; Region 3, Donnie Bowden of Aberdeen Central; Region 4, Mike Abell of Sturgis.

Girls: Matt Thorson of Pierre.

Assistant Coach of the Year: Skylair Jaure of Custer.

Junior High Coach of the Year: Bryce Leonhardt of Sturgis.
