Jackson Maynard scored 22 points, Patrick Maynard followed with 20, and Erik Salmen finished with 15 for the Patriots, who outscored Iroquois-Lake Preston 9-2 in the extra session.
Lucas Peskey had 15 points to lead a balanced attack for the Sharks.
