BRANDON - It was a tale of two duals for the Aberdeen Central boys' wrestling squad Thursday night. The Golden Eagles fell to powerhouse Brandon Valley 45-27 and rolled past Yankton 75-6 in a pair of Eastern South Dakota Conference matchups. "It was two completely different duals," said Central coach Donnie Bowden. "It was good to be in a dog fight and there was some confidence on the other end." Central grabbed five individual wins against Brandon Valley and fell just short in a couple of others that would have split the 14 matches evenly. "All in all I thought that we had some pretty good effort. To be able to take those five matches that we did against Brandon Valley and then have a shot at a couple others to split with them, it shows us where we’re at," Bowden said.
