Potter County boys climb to third in final poll

Potter County moved up two spots in the final basketball polls of the season.

The Battlers, 19-1 on the season, went from fifth to third in the Class B boys’ poll. The two teams rated ahead of them last week, Lower Brule and Aberdeen Christian, both suffered losses. Lower Brule is now rated fourth and Christian fifth in this week’s poll.

Aberdeen Central fell out of the top five in Class AA boys following a setback to Sioux Falls Jefferson. The Golden Eagles received votes in the final poll of the season.
