The curtain came down on the auto racing season at Brown County Speedway Saturday during the second night of the Winter Nationals.

Aberdeen’s Chad Becker capped a memorable summer by winning the Late Model feature. Becker, who recently won the WISSOTA 100 in Fergus Falls, Minn., won multiple big shows at the local track this past year en route to winning the track championship.

Mike Stearns of Aberdeen won the Modified main Saturday night, while fellow Aberdeen driver Stewart Schipke took the checkered flag in the Super Stock feature.

Other feature winners included Trey Hess of Grand Forks, N.D., in Street Stock, and Brennon Weight of LaMoure, N.D., in the Midwest Modified.
